The rear collision prevention anding module of the box uses the internationally renowned technology product, the 100K collision prevention and cushioning module from Changxingda. The collision prevention and cushioning energy absorption module mainly consists of a vehicle-mounted collision prevention and cushioning pad and a directional sign frame, which serves as a buffer guardian behind the vehicle. In case of a rear-end accident, it can create a buffer zone between the offending vehicle and the forward construction area, absorbing the impact energy through the of the equipment structure, thereby minimizing the chances of collision for the protected personnel and equipment. The high-performance hydraulic system enables rapid lifting and lowering operations, facilitating equipment and relocation. The one-key start function allows for the lifting and lowering of the collision prevention device. If the collision prevention device is not fully lowered to the working or lifted to the vertical transport position, there will be an automatic warning sound prompt.

     1. The crash cushion's energy-absorbing module uses the internationally renowned technology product, 100K crash cushion. It can absorb the impact energy of a 2-ton vehicle traveling at 100 km/h. The interior of crash cushion is filled with aerospace-grade cushioning material. When a vehicle accidentally collides, the cushioning material is compressed and deformed, thereby absorbing the collision. 

     2. There are eight metal arc-shaped tubes on both the top and bottom of the crash cushion. In the event of a collision, the arc-shaped tubes absorb the massive initial collision energy. Once the collision energy overcomes the deformation of the aluminum tubes, the structure filled with cushioning material enters the deformation energy-absbing state.
