        Automobile chassis driving break-in mileage please refer to the matching automobile chassis instruction manual provisions for break-in, and after break-in maintenance, such as cleaning the air filter element, replace the engine oil and so on. During the break-in period, pay attention to check whether there is any abnormal vibration, noise and water leakage phenomenon in each part, whether the fan drive belt and hydraulic pump drive belt are slipping, and whether the electric control switches and instrumentation instructions are normal.       Before using the sweeper trucks you must check the whole vehicle for oil, water and air leaks, and exclude them if necessary, check the oil level of the main and auxiliary engines and the water level of the cooling water tank, refill the oil and water if necessary, and check whether the water circuit system, sweeping disk, suction cup and other structural components are normal.       In winter, before the Vacuum Cleaner Truck is taken out of service, do waterproof and anti-freezing operation in accordance with the product manual, and drain the residual water in the water circuit, water pump, water valve, nozzle and other original parts.       When the engine is running, the chassis sub-engine, water pump, hydraulic system shall not be maintained or repaired.      When Vacuum Cleaner Truck, do not use high-pressure water to directly flush the top of the hydraulic oil tank, sub engine, radiator, solenoid valves, coils and terminal parts.      To ensure the safety of the operator and the equipment, during debugging, installation, testing and maintenance, etc., it is necessary to open the safety braces under the dumpster Fix the safety bar with a safety pin to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment. The safety bar should be lowered before resetting the dumpster after operation.
