During the exhibition, both parties had preliminary communication and exchange. The customer showed a strong interest in the factory's products and expressed a desire to further understand the factory's strength and product details. Therefore, both parties agreed on a time for the customer to visit the factory.

 

 

Visiting process

 

1. R&D Center: Subsequently, the customer visited the R&D center of the factory. The R&D personnel introduced the factory's strong R&D capabilities to the customer, including cooperation projects with well-known domestic and foreign research institutions, multiple patented technologies, and advanced R&D equipment. The focus is on showcasing several new specialized trucks that are currently being developed for future market demand, such as electric logistics vehicles using new energy technology and engineering work vehicles equipped with intelligent driving assistance systems. The customer highly praised the factory's investment and achievements in technological innovation, believing that this will provide solid technical support for future cooperation between the two parties.

 

2. Production workshop: In the production workshop, customers witnessed the manufacturing process of specialized trucks with their own eyes. From cutting and welding of raw materials to assembly of components, to vehicle debugging, every step strictly follows international quality standards, demonstrating a high level of automation and precision production. The head of the production department provided a detailed introduction to the factory's production process, quality control system, and supply chain management mode. The customer was deeply impressed by the factory's efficient production capacity and strict quality control, especially in terms of in-depth understanding and inquiries about some key production processes and quality inspection links.

 

Technical exchange and cooperation negotiation

 

After the visit, both parties entered the conference room for technical exchange and cooperation negotiations. The technical team provided detailed answers and in-depth discussions on customer inquiries regarding product technical parameters, customized requirements, and after-sales service. The customer expressed satisfaction with the factory's ability to provide customized solutions based on their specific needs and proposed some specific cooperation intentions, such as purchasing a certain number of specific models of specialized trucks and jointly carrying out new product development projects in the future.

 

Collaboration achievements and prospects

 

After a 3-day visit and negotiation, Russian client Evgeniy Shiglov Kaili Automobile Group finally signed a cooperation agreement. According to the agreement, the customer will purchase the first batch of 28 specialized trucks, covering two series: engineering dump trucks and logistics transport vehicles. This not only brings considerable order revenue to the factory, but also marks a solid first step for the factory in the Russian market.
