The Semi trailer tanker truck body is made of Q235B carbon steel, the material thickness is made according to the designed thickness, the partition is fully welded, the dead partition reinforcement ribs are reasonably designed, there are two European standard tank ports, a 4-inch aluminum alloy seabed valve, with a voice prompt alarm device, and a set of lower oil loading system. The lower oil loading system is installed on the right side. The internal welding of the tank body should be smooth and flat. There is a tool box, two 8 kg fire extinguishers, and accessories are all made of aluminum alloy.

All main welds of the tank body are strictly operated according to the flaw detection process (double-gun butt welding, automatic welding of the neck ring seam cover, automatic welding of the head ring seam cover), and are inspected (X-ray detection) according to the flaw detection ratio specified in GB18564.1-2019.
The aluminum alloy tank has a low density and light weight, a relatively low center of gravity, is safer, and is more fuel-efficient. The aluminum alloy tank does not rust and does not pollute the oil.
