The feed opening is located on the upper side of the body and closes automatically after the lifter resets. This ensures full sealing during driving and compaction. Inside the garbage compactor truck body, a reinforced push-paddle with nylon slider guides is driven by the hydraulic system. The paddle quickly compacts incoming waste, significantly increasing loading capacity and reducing transport frequency. An integrated leachate tank at the bottom of the body collects liquid generated during compaction. The rear door is hydraulically operated and features an embedded rubber seal, closing tightly against the body. This refuse compactor truck prevents any waste or liquid leakage during transport, eliminating secondary pollution.
The waste collection vehicle uses a multi-stage hydraulic cylinder as the power source for the push-paddle, delivering high thrust and smooth operation. The hydraulic pump is a gear type, and multi-way valves control the rear door and paddle. Operation modes include manual, automatic, and remote control, with an optional in-cab control panel. During discharge, the rear door opens hydraulically, and the paddle pushes the compacted waste out in ≤60 seconds.
